House full of sicko's.

Wait. That didn't come out right. We have a house full of people who are sick. There. That sounds better.

I'm home sick today and I still sent Carter over to my MIL's house. I feel bad and I always keep him home when I call out sick, but today I just couldn't do it. I have the worst cold and headache ever. I think I just need to relax and lay down. So here I am, laying on the couch with my coffee & tissue box, watching the Today Show in my pj pants, Phillies hoodie and Ugg slippers. I can't think of anything better right now. Oh wait, yes I can. Bob, my wonderful husband, just went to the store to buy all the ingredients to make me homemade chicken & tortellini soup. My favorite. Yum.

So I figured I'd use this time to catch up on some random blogging.

My house looks like a tornado hit it. I'm not lying. There are clothes everywhere in Carter's room and we still haven't unpacked from our Ocean City trip. But, this weekend we have nothing planned. Not a thing. I can't remember the last time that happened. I could probably check my blog, but I'm too lazy. It's been awhile. So hopefully this weekend we can put C's clothes into storage tubs and hang up all his new 2T stuff {yes, he wears 2T now and has been since about 11 months!} He's really slowing down though, so I think he will be this size for awhile. He's losing his big budda belly and I'm kinda sad about it. He's still too cute though =)

So, the Phillies. They won their division last night for the 3rd straight year and are heading to the NLDS playoffs!!!!! GO PHILLIES!! I have to admit it... when they touched the "HK" out in left field after winning their game last night, I cried. I'm such a sap!

And one last {but not least} thing that I'm super excited about it the fact that I got a MacBook Pro!!!! I'm using it right now and it's so beautiful =) The best part about it is that I didn't even have to pay for it. Thanks work! My favorite part about it, besides it's obvious awesomeness in everything it does, is that the keyboard completely lights up. All the letters are lit and it's so pretty. Figures, that that would be my favorite part of the computer.

So that was my "catch up" post for this first day of October. I apologize for the randomness. I'm going to go lay down now while cuddling with my new Mac. What? That's not normal?
