Brynn has a new BFF. And it's not her mama.Sophie the Giraffe was all the rage when Carter was a baby. It was cute, but something that I just never got around to buying for him. Well, when Brynn recently started showing all the signs of a teething baby {already!} I thought I'd give ol' Soph a try and see what all the fuss was about.
Brynn hasn't stopped playing with her since. And, honestly, neither has Carter.
Oh, yes, we had to have a big sharing lesson last night when Carter wouldn't stop stealing {what looks, feels, and is identical to a dogs chew toy} from his sister.
All in all, it's been a good purchase so far and I highly recommend it if you don't have one yet {I know a lot of mama's do!}

Love Sophie!! I was also amazed that a chew toy could cost $20 and be so popular. But there's something about that giraffe!

Emery is starting to show early signs of teething as well. Looks like I need to make a Sophie run soon!
We have Sophie also, but haven't used it a whole lot yet. Kendall didn't get her first tooth until 14 months! If Sydney follows in her footsteps, Sophie will probably just be Kendall's toy for awhile.
Hannah never had an issue with teething so Sophie never lived in our house. :oP We'll see if we have to buy one for baby #2.
We love Sophie. I send her with Courtney to the babysitters everyday. Although she doesn't really notice her yet. :-/
Sophie is the best thing since sliced bread!! Although my husband was convinced that she was a dog toy, Henry loved her! She was one of my best purchases.

Pie thinks Sophie is the greatest thing ever! She's never out of arms reach!!
I also kept hearing about the awesome Sophie when Landon was a baby. Never bought into the hype.
Then my sis got it for her baby and said he fell in love with it and it really helped.
I need to jump on it this time because Brigham is teething and it is NOT pretty.

I seriously thought it was a dog toy when I got it in the mail but Addison LOVES it. Like will not let me take it away from her.
haaa glad to see Im not the ONLY one who seems like Sophie is a dog toy!!! BUT my kids seem not to care. I was sooo excited to finally get it too! Because I didnt get it with Lane either...
Instead of a sibling we have the dog stealing Sophie. He cries for it, and I have to put it up on the counter or end table when Abby doesnt have it.
