As you can see, the blog got a little Christmas makeover yesterday {thanks for helping me, Steph!} and my house is next. This Sunday {because tomorrow I'm going out to dinner and a movie- Harry Potter!!- with my mom and sisters} we are decorating our house for Christmas! I can't wait to hang the stockings {Brynn's just came in the mail this week!} put candles in the windows, and decorate our new banister with garland and white lights.
I am even more excited for Christmas this year because (1) it's Brynn's very first one and (2) Carter really understands what's going on and I can't wait to see him open all his gifts from Santa. Eeeekkkk.
Please tell me there are other crazy Christmas people out there!?!
And I still LOVE Thanksgiving, don't get me wrong... I just see it as one big {wonderful} holiday.
Don't forget to join the Y3W Blog Hop!
Oh, and the Christmas music has now been added to the bottom of my blog! :) LOVE these songs. And don't make fun of me for having N'Sync's "O' Holy Night" until you listen to it. Beautiful. Just beautiful.
Have a great weekend!
Help a mama out...

I am right there with you. I am going to try to sneak out of work around noon today to start my decorating. I CANNOT wait to have the tree up. I've been listenting to Christmas music for the last week too. :)
A girl after my own heart! I'm decorating this weekend too!!!
LOVE it! And I was himming and hawing over whether or not to put up our Christmas stuff this weekend...there are ever important pictures to take of a certain little boy sitting under a well lit tree...playing with ornaments that he shouldn't have his paws on...and snuggled up to his brand new stocking!
THANKS for making early-christmasing OK! Sunday...here I come!
I guess i'm a crazy christmas person. I started christmas shopping in august! My husband and I are having a date night saturday, dinner and christmas shopping :). My house, outside/inside is all ready for christmas. I think my husband almost went nut's the other night in the car, from christmas music, (maybe me singing the christmas music?) We have a 4 year old, and he is just SO excited! Seeing him christmas morning, is all I need for christmas. It's just full of SO much joy!
I love the holidays! Thanksgiving especially though because I got engaged on Thanksgiving, my niece was born TG weekend last year and we found out about Pie on TG weekend last year. Good stuff!
I'm the outsider here - I think there is Christmas overload! I wish there was a law banning Christmas music, decor, etc before Thanksgiving :) Although, I do start my shopping early but I shop all year round!
We're kicking it off tonight by wandering around the Disney resorts after our anniversary dinner to see the holiday decorations!!!! I can't wait to see the life sized gingerbread houses and all of the trees and lights :)
So not going to make fun of you for the Nsync. I own the CD, but now I think I am going to take your idea and add Christmas music becasue my husband has some dumb rule with not putting stuff up until after Thanksgiving.
Can I just say how much I LOVE that you have this *NSYNC Christmas song on here? I love that CD.
Okay Jenni, we'll have to agree to disagree on this subject ;)
I do love the blog makeover though. So pretty!
p.s. I did listen to Oh Holy Night on the radio last night. Shhhh, don't tell anyone.
We are waiting until our 16 house guests leave before putting up the decorations! Had they not have been here, i would already have this house all decked out for Christmas!
Agree, agree, agree! I've been listening to Christmas music in the car since before Halloween (shhhhh..don't tell anyone). I love Thanksgiving, but I think that we should just celebrate one giant holiday from Thanksgiving through New Years! Have fun decorating, and enjoy the movie!
Haha! Yea, dh put up the tree the other day, and said, "Screw the turkey". LOL
I love the Christmas look (and sound) of your blog!

Where did you get Brynn's stocking? I've been looking around for a cute one.
Thanks everyone! Glad I'm not the only one :)
