Medifast | Week 24
Wow. Have I really been writing these posts for 24 weeks? That's insane. I literally feel like I just started yesterday. Okay, I'm off track already.
So, anyway...
You guys? I'm really proud of myself! Transition and maintenance are going really well for me. By mid- birthday -week I was up a pound, but I ended up losing that again with really no problem at all. I'm very confident in my ability to maintain my weight, my problem has always been losing it. But thank you Medifast for helping me with that! =)
So, you may remember my Steppin Out post from, um, yesterday...

...in which I mention that I may or may not have on Joe's Jeans. Well, it all comes down to this...
My family? Is awesome.
I'm sure you guys knew that before. I mean, sheesh, I say it all the time. But really? They are much more than that. They are loving, and thoughtful, and supportive, and amazing, and I love them so damn much.
And not just because they buy me nice birthday presents. {Though it helps. I ked. I ked.}
For my birthday? My mom and Bob got me this... {ahem, my -30lb weight loss reward}

That's my Coach purse, folks. And yes... they made me wait for my birthday to open it! Obviously I knew I was getting it since I got that fateful coupon the day after I lost 30lbs and then marched my {ahem, skinny} ass right to the Coach store to purchase it. But Bob told me from the start that it was part of my birthday present and that I had to wait for it. I was cool with that.
It was definitely worth the wait.
So what I did not know, was that my 2 wonderful sisters were scheming to buy me these...

So I want a send a HUGE thank you to my family for being so supportive of me on this diet and for helping me get my rewards. I love you guys so much! You mean the world to me. MUAH!

My suggestion would be Zumba....
love these pics :) you are too sassy ;)
Congrats to you on your weight loss and happy belated birthday! My suggestion for exercise as far as toning up goes is Tracy Anderson Method Mat workout DVD. I LOVE her and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE her workouts! I've been able to tone my arms, legs, butt, stomach (even after 2 babies!), etc. You can find her dvd on amazon a little more $$$ but totally worth it IMO. Good luck to you!
Damn girl you look AWESOME! Seriously. Jealous! :) Way to go.
You look great girlfriend! I say you give Zumba a try! Its my favorite workout. It doesn't even feel like you are exercising; just an hour of fun dancing :-) Let us know what you decide! My Zumba session starts back up in September!
You look shamazing, doll. Seriously, great job!
And the jeans? Color me jealous.
Great job and you're looking great! As for the workout, I love Jillian. I did the 30-day shred when I was trying to lose weight for my wedding and it did wonders. But, obviously you know how amazing she is ;-)
Awesome!
I second Tracy Anderson. I have her Post Pregnancy workout and it kickes your butt...and abs, and arms, and legs! LOL!
you make those jeans look hootttt.
Congratulations on your weight loss. I'm on my weight loss journey now and man it sucks! I love the pictures!
