1. So, tell us a little bit about yourself!

My name is Audrey... I'm a wife. I'm a Mom. I'm a banker. And, I'm also a former college athlete. I played basketball and after college I took up running. When kiddos came along, my free time wasn't spent at the gym or pounding the pavement. So, the baby weight just stayed with me. Just like many other Mom's, I didn't make enough time to take care of ME. Now, that I have more energy it has made me more aware of my habits. And, I'm motivated to stay healthy for me AND my family!

2. You work for an awesome company, huh? Do tell!
It Works Global has changed my life. Since July 6, 2011, I have lost 21 lbs. I have NOT made drastic changes or "dieted". I have had pizza and cheeseburgers...in moderation. My goal on July 6th was to change my HABITS. Habits such as not eating what my husband eats each day and setting goals at the gym instead of just going through the motions. What has helped me to do this and stay motivated? THERMO-FIT!

3. How long have you been involved with this company and in what capacity?
Since July 30th. I went to a Mom's Night Out and decided I'd try a body wrap. I was guaranteed I'd lose inches. And, I did. 2.5 to be exact (over a 72 hour period). My husband laughed at me. He told me it was a hoax. That is, until 2 weeks later those 2.5 inches were still gone.
