1. So, tell us a little bit about yourself!
I'm
a mom, wife, photographer, friend, playground gossip, and wine lover,
though the order changes on any given day. I'm a self taught
photographer, and my children and husband inspire me everyday.
Sometimes the 'inspiration' leads to laughs and sometimes it leads to
wine...but it always leads to beautiful images.
2. You own an awesome company, huh? Do tell!
I think Photography by Jen Davis is awesome...but not just because its mine. I whole-heartedly believe that everyone deserves beautiful, custom pictures...they are an investment in your memories!
Because
of that, I strive with every session to make my clients comfortable.
Comfortable clients not only give more natural smiles, they leave the
session happy. And when the session is over and the camera is put away,
I want my clients to love the results and I have a package to fit
everyone's needs and budget, so no one leaves feeling disappointed...or has any regrets!
3. How long have you been involved with this company and in what capacity?
Photography
by Jen Davis was created in February, and I am the
owner/photographer/book keeper/Etsy stalker/customer service manager,
etc...and I love it.
4. What are your favorite items and what would you recommend to others?
I
would just recommend to people to consider custom photography. Why
walk into a place and get the same picture that everyone else has? Hire
a photographer who can customize a session for the personality of you
and your family.
I cannot
stress enough that these are memories you will cherish forever. As a
mom, I am always the one behind the camera, and I never want to look
back and wish I had some pictures of my kids and I together. You would
never skip a photographer for your wedding, so why skip one to document
your life? I have digital and print packages to suit every budget. I promise you, 20 years down the road you are going to love having these glimpses in time to treasure.

I would totally do a family session - I've been trying to get a family portrait since my daughter was born - she'll be 3 on Thursday :)
I had a mini session with Jen a few weeks ago. She was awesome and my pics are beautiful. My boys are not the easiest if kids but they listened to her and she was able to get wonderful shots. She knows how to talk to the kids!!!

I would just love a family session. My boys won't sit still and so a studio session NEVER works for us...they are too unwilling to work with 2 rambunctious boys.

I would do our first ever family session (unless you count the time the photographer made us just into my daughters newborn session). After gaining 70lbs with my daughter (1st child), never losing the weight and then having my son, I have NO pictures with all of us together. I recently lost over 35lbs and I finally feel like it is time for me to stop being silly and get family photos. BONUS: I live in the Philadelphia area!

I would LOVE any type of session! Im 5 months pregnant, so maternity would be fun. I have a 19 month old that is way over due and would love some family shots, or would love newborns pics once the little one is here :) I liked your facebook paged.
