I think you know this by now, but in case you missed it... Medifast helped me lose 30lbs!
This is a truly amazing company and I'd be happy to answer any questions that you have about the program! I started with the 5 and 1 plan on March 2, 2011 and met my goal {again, of THIRTY POUNDS} by July 27, 2011.
You can read about my week-to-week updates, favorite foods, how the plan works and how I met each of my goals, etc here.
Due to my recent pregnancy, I'm {obviously} currently not on the Medifast plan, but will be starting up again as soon as my doctor okays it post-baby. They have a fabulous Nursing Mother's Program {See 'Nursing Mother's Guide' PDF for more details} that I plan to start around 2-3 months postpartum. It's a very detailed plan that includes healthy eating strategies for nursing mothers to ensure that both you and your baby are getting the nutrients that you need. The plan typically includes 3 Medifast Meals, unlimited fruits and vegetables, 3 servings of dairy, 2 servings of whole grain and fiber, and 2 servings of protein/meat.
I look forward to being a part of the Nursing Mother's Program and I'm happy to answer any questions about it {or the 5 and 1 Plan} at any time! =)
Also, check out these current bloggers on the program:

I’m Molly. I am a sugar addict. This, you must know. Any sugar will do. Well,
except for those weird smushy hamburger candies and I've never been much
for black licorice. I'll pass on those. But any other sugar is fair
game.
I am married to my soulmate Zach and birthed the worlds most precious
babies. They are my heart. I have the absolute pleasure of being a stay
at home mommy and wife. I
count it pure joy to care for these beautiful souls each day. And- they
are funny. There are many little stories to be share about them to be
sure.

The light of our lives is our son, Jack David. He was born July 12, 2010
at 3:36 AM, 36w2d gestation, 7.7 lbs, 19 inches. Jack is all boy, and
he is obsessed with cars. Or, any vehicle for that matter, "busss"
"twuck" (truck), "cah" (car). He loves music, especially his favorite
song that I started singing to him when he was a baby - "Baby Nugget"
(sung to the tune of Frere Jacques). The only thing he doesn't like is
sitting still for Mommy :) He is a healthy, happy, loving & peaceful
little boy...he is more than we could have ever asked for...he is
perfect...

Well, Hi there! I'm Shannon...the mastermind (some might say...) behind Sweet Stella's. I
began my crafty venture in 2010 to help me navigate the waters of
post-partum despression...it was my therapy and my space to breathe.
Now, almost two full years later, it's my creative haven...a space where
I can pour my Fine Art degree into and create some truly inspired art
for you and your home.
I've returned to my roots as an abstract painter and sculptor, and have been dabbling in mixed media paintings - acrylic and latex on either canvas or wood. With my sculptures, Ive been creating gorgeous one of a kind wearable art pieces {pendants, brooches and rings} as well as larger scale pieces that can be hung on the wall. They're whimsical and lovely, and I absolutely love creating them.

Hey there! I am Shaun, the wife/mom/blogger behind Living with Peanut :) Oh, you must be wondering who Peanut is...
That's Paige. AKA Peanut. Or Minion, Goober, Mini-Marc...we have an assortment of names for her :) Paige was born on May 29th, 2010 at 1:00 PM after an "emergency" induction. A beautiful 6 pounds, 13.5 ounces and 21" inches long. Marc and I are the always proud, sometimes frazzled, parents of Peanut. I share the trials, tribulations, and milestones of being a first-time mom to a toddler. You can find DIY, toddler-approved crafts, recipes, and other random thoughts with my readers. Here's our story - Marc, myself, and Paige. We're growing as a family and coming out of our shell.

Hi there. My name is Emily. I started this as a place for me to keep
family and friends back home in Minnesota up to date when my husband and
I moved down to San Diego, CA, in 2009. Over the years, this corner of
the web has been used on and off as a place for me to vent, release
creative energy and share a peak into our world. More recently it's
become more of what people would call a Mommy Blog. But, it is what it
is. I like to be real and I don't hold back what I really want to say.

Lilac City Mama
My name is Hanan. It’s pronounced Huh-non.
Don’t worry about saying it wrong though, I’m very much used to it.
Although my name is “different”, I’m just a girl who grew up in the
Seattle area. My mom was a single parent raising an only child, so I
“grew up” quickly.
By 18 years old, I
was independent, living by myself, and making more money then most
adults I knew, working at Fred Meyer. However, all that changed when I
fell in love with a boy. He was three weeks younger then I, and funny
enough he actually starting seeing my friend. Obviously, that didn’t
work out and just four months after dating, we became pregnant with our
oldest daughter. We moved to Spokane soon after. Thus referring to being the “Lilac City Momma”.
Six years, and two more kids later, we are
still happily married and raising our girls the best we can as a young
family. Trying to survive the ups and downs of marriage, parenthood, and all that comes with having a family.
Hello, I’m Sarah! Wife, mom, photographer. I meet my husband when I was 14 and he was 16. We didn’t “officially” start dating until I turned 16 because of my dads rules. We started dating November 24, 2001, then we got engaged April 24, 2004 and married July 24, 2004. Can you tell I like the number 24? He he. When we got married we moved about an hour from all of our friends and family. We are still an hour away after 7 years and would love to move closer again.
I have two sons, Dustyn and Carsyn, and I couldn’t imagine my life without either of them. They complete me.
I also share a lot of photos, tips & tricks. Can’t wait to get to know you all more.
